Meet Rapper, Grammy Nominated Producer, and fellow Vibe Curator, Daniyel.
I struck gold when I came across Daniyel's presence! His artistry feels rooted in his mission driven whimsy. The poster boy for black boy joy if you will! His new single "Run" makes me want to do a jump spin in a meadow with air laced in ecstasy and fairy dust.

In addition to thriving in fated collaborations, such as, his Grammy nominated project, alongside Eminem, " The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grace)" and the melodic lyrical caesar salad of Hip Hop innovation " All is Yellow," his whimsical mission is now actualized in the form of a music festival!
Frolic Fest, held in Portland, Oregon, July 25th, feels like a warranted “SUCK IT” to the societal expectations placed on black bodies.. black males to be specific. Judged to be animalistic and manipulated into leaning into toxic masculinity, Daniyel is providing a safe space to cultivate what was stolen. It's giving.."One Man Can Change The World." (Shoutout to Big Sean lol). I, for one, cannot wait to experience Frolic Fest! Only 1,000 tickets are available and 20,000 people signed up for the drop. An amazing feat for the Black boy from Oregon! Who knows if I’ll beat out 19,999 people! Fingers crossed!
