BOOKING
POLICY

1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your project start date. The remaining balance is due before final files, strategy documents, or edited content are delivered.

• Growth Blueprint ($300): 100% upfront

• Editing Ease ($500): 50% deposit

• Elite Intensive ($700): 50% deposit

• Digital Storefront Makeover ($1000): 50% deposit

 

2. Project timelines begin once deposit is paid and all required onboarding materials have been submitted by the client.

 

Turnaround times:

• Growth Blueprint: 7 business days
• Editing Ease: 14 business days
• Elite Content Intensive: 14 business days
• Digital Storefront Makeover: 21 business days

 

3. Clients are responsible for submitting all requested materials, footage, branding assets, and requested information within 3 business days of onboarding. Delays in submission may result in adjusted delivery timelines.

 

4. Each package includes up to 1 round of revisions for strategy-based services and up to 2 rounds of revisions for editing/content packages. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be billed at an additional fee.

 

5. Due to the time, research, and strategy involved in digital service work, all payments and deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, any completed work will be delivered based on the amount paid.

6. Filming sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee.

 

7. Business hours for client communication are Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM EST. Messages received outside of business hours will be answered on the next business day.
